Hotspot bypass for repeater stations

Hi,

Can anyone help with allowing access to repeater stations via winbox.

everything is working 100% except I can’t login to the wds clients, as hotspot does not allow access as they are not logged in.

I need to know how to exclude them from the hotspot authentication process, or permanently allow just those devices to bypass hotspot auth.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried walled garden and putting src-address in there, but that does not seem to work.

Put them into “/ip hotspot ip-binding” as type “bypassed”. Though ideally your management IPs should be on a different network than customers, usually you can use VLANs to that effect.

IP bindings worked like a charm thanks.

Will try the vlan option, see how that goes.
