Someting like a hardware numbers, HD partition number, Bios Date, VGA Card type or any to assign a login to a exact computer?
Now we have a Windows XP (eXtended Problem) trash who clones a MAC NIC in 4 clicks… This makes anyone crazy.

No, it is not possible to get such data.
As far as I understand Ethernet network is used,
one of the solution to invent manageable switches on the network and use MAC filtering per ports,
PPPoE could be used instead, but then PPPoE client setup is required on client side.
PPPoE can get those hardwares details?
