I recently setup a hotel network using RB912 and an RB433
It’s my first CAPsMan setup
The customer is complaining that users are frequently confronted with the need to relogon to the hotspot.
The users complaining about this can be in the hotel all day and still have to relogon several times an hour
The MAC addresses are stored three days so I don’t understand this situation
Any ideas ?
