Please help me find solution on how to redirect all hotspot users connected to the 2nd router to the login page.
The main mikrotik router runs the Hotspot service, LAN #2 of this router is connected to the 2nd router (a cloud router) via WAN port. DHCP server is enabled on this 2nd router. What happen is when the first user connects to the 2nd router, the hotspot login page opens and gets successfully authenticated using username & password. When a new user connects to the 2nd router again, it never redirects to the hotspot login page, instead it is automatically connected to the internet.
I want all users connected to the 2nd router be routed to the login page and get authenticated. I know if I will bridge the 2nd router and connect the LAN cable to the LAN port of the 2nd router will resolve the problem, but I do not want to to that because I will loose the cloud services on the second router. So the internet source must be connected to the WAN port of the 2nd router with DHCP enabled. please help. Thank you.

What configuration should I do on the second router so that even DHCP is enabled, all users connected to the second router will still require hotspot authentication.

Once Client 1 connected to the Cloud router is Authenticated, Client’s 2 & 3 will be able to access the internet without hotspot authentication.
hey …i think you wanna try to creat an other hotspot server on the wan port if possible …may be using just one server causes the open authication to the wan port
Thanks for your response. But I’m not sure what you mean by Hotspot on WAN port. The second router im using is a Dlink cloud router connected to LAN port of RB951g-2HND
