Hotspot devices IP address not the same as the IP address assigned by the DHCP server

I’ve Mikrotik routerboard with HotSpot configured on it, I found that the DHCP server is assigning IP address to each connected device different from the IP address shown under the hotspot active table, how to make the IP address is one one address only for both DHCP Server and HotSpot ?

set to none the address pool on hotspot server…

After setting the address pool on Hotspot server to none and restarting the RouterBoard still the issue exist for the newly registered devices ?
