i have a problem today is that the hotspot doesn’t redirect users to login page if they are signed in .. in additon to that some users could sign in without a user name and password.
any solution
which website did you use that hotspot page is not redirected?
some SSL and HTTPS like google?
This case i think you wont be able to solve it. but if you enter for example bing.com it would be alright, If not you should check your firewall and NAT rules. the redirect rule are there. make sure you didn’t delete them.
And if some users are able to pass through, is there any Walled Garden rule?
mahmoudkamel What version of router OS are you using? In the last couple of months a lot of the radius authentication systems have changed the way they handle security certificates.
I had this same problem a few weeks ago and after updating to OS 6.28 my system came back the way it should.
