Is there any way to bind a user with only a IP address using Enabled-Address method.
Our users on the network are changing the IP on their own causing IP conflicts to other users.
If not hotspot, what would be the best solution to solve this type of problem. Also, we have users who have Quintum/Cisco, IP phones etc using at their end.

setting ARP to reply-only for the interface will force the use of the DHCP server (either dynamic or static add. ) for all connected users.

is that arp reply-only on eth interface will solve ip conflicts?
I oftenly got ip conflicts on my networks >.<
I’m now using arp ‘enabled’ + static arp
it’s no miracle solution, it just prevent PC not using MikroTik DHCP server to be able to use the router as gateway
