I’ve been looking at this awhile and cannot come up with a solution.
I would like to share say 3Mbit per second between all active hotspot users dynamically based on what speed they are currently downloading.
So example. If 2 users are on, both trying to download as fast as possible, then each would get 1.5Mbit.
But if one user is trying to download at full speed and the other user is barely utilizing bandwidth, then the downloading user gets almost all 3mbit until the other user starts consuming again. Essentially sharing the bandwidth providing QOS. Hoping this will work for multiple users, more then 2. Just spreading the bandwidth over the active downloads. People were mentioning using the address-list function but i haven’t seen any examples or documentation on how to use it with queues.
