i ma noob to this mikrotik world, i trying to test/setup hotspot in ether4 but i recieved this error can anyone explain whats going on in my 3.22 ROS

look at the color red jump hs-input and the 3 X icon in the lower.
i test in my computer connected in ether4 >>> no hotspot login in page and i ping ether4 IP 10.12.0.1 unreachable..

It’s normal.
Also in my hotspot there is a red rule
