Hello,
I am running Mikrotik v3.28 on a server and configured 100 Hotspot users to whom the IPs will be assigned through DHCP after which will get authenticated with a remote Radius server through respective username and password via a Hotspot Login page placed in the Mikrotik files.
At an instance we found that the users were getting the dhcp IP addresses but unable to open the hotspot login page,this happened only with the users trying to login at that point of time and the users who were already logged in were able to browse without any issues.We tried logging out the existing users but they were unable to login again.We rebooted the Mikrotik after which we haven’t seen any issues.
Please help me out in identifying what exactly could be the problem…
