Hotspot : Hotspot login page should automatcially come when connected to network

Hi

ow to configure a 950Ui Router so

  1. hotspot login page should automatically come whenever user connected to network
  2. After hotspot login it should go to specific website eg www.wincare.in I have tried to edit it in login.html but it is not working
