Overview - Working Hotspot system clients authenticate w/usermanager queue assigned to client dynamically OK.
Scenario - One client needs to bypass hotspot.
Issue - Need to assign simple queue to bypassed client for BW control
Problem - Can not seem to affect client with queue.
Question - How can I set queue for client bypassed in hotspot?
