Is there any way to redirect the hotspot wifi not to internet, but directly to router, in order router can work as a web server to display an internal webpage, previously saved in the router, instead go to internet?
If so, please may you teach me how?

The router by default displays login.html in the directory referred to in the html-directory parameter of the server profile. You can put whatever you like into that HTML file.
