I have a SXT SA5 ac which I am trying to configure as a hotspot for an existing wired network. When I reset the unit to the factory defaults, select “WISP AP” and “bridge” in quickset, and then follow the hotspot wizard to create it on wlan1, the resulting configuration is marked as invalid.
Can anybody help clue me in here? All I’m after is having a wifi bridge onto the existing network, with a hotspot configured to require a username/password when someone connects to the wifi.
