Hotspot Issues with strange IP changes.

Hi.

We have a network with MK951 which was replace it with a RB3011(6.38), in both hw we detect some strange situation.
Our network is based on MK+Ubiquiti(Rocket m5(v5.6.9)+NanoM5(v5.6.9) ).
We have a radius server with voucher system setup.
Every new customer we setup our Nano with a static IP.

We had seen 4 situations where a user call with connection issues.
Yesterday we found this: we setup the user with a IP 10.10.10.115, we connect our nano to our network and done.
But in our MK the user appear with other IP. MK->Hostpot->Hosts Menu.

10.10.10.84.

U can see this in the picture, we just remove the client and done, once the equipment try to connect it has the correct IP.
Other day we detect a public IP on the Address field.

ping answer the bad IP(x.84).

We are try to know can cause this, a bug in MK or our radiusserver?

You’ve got universal NAT client enabled. Go to your Hotspot server /server profiles / user profiles remove address pool to none and that’s it. To apply turn off on Hotspot server or reboot router.

Excellent, we had done that, we are going to see what happen.
