I hope someone can help me, I am fairly new to mikrotik and we have encountered a problem on the hotspot of our network. The problem is whenever a client moves from one AP to another AP, the wifi will ask the client to sign in again. Another scenario is even on the same AP or location, if the client does not have an activity on the network like if their phone screen is off, it will ask to sign in again after turning it on.
Now I know this is a minor inconvenience but I work at a hotel so these type of problems is a big thing for us. I hope someone can help me. Thanks!
