Hotspot lock me out of network

I have a hotspot setup at a client, but through a RB LAN port as on the LAN port, is a whole AP-WDS network.

Now I need to be able to (from inside my network, but outside the hotspot network) access the static IP units (typically APs) in the hotspot network for software upgrades, checking signal, uptime, etc.

I tried to add Walled Garden IPs to allow me, also tried not masquerading the network but to no avail. The moment I run hotspot setup I cannot even ping anything inside the hotspot network, not even from the hotspot router itself.

What should I do to give myself ‘un-hotspotted’ access to the network from the outside to all hosts inside, as if a normal routed network?

Thanks

Hi,

perhaps you need to put the routes to the APs. A route to hotspot IPs. Play with walled garden and ipbindings. This must work..

I realised as I posted that the hotspot assign different IPs, although in the same range, so I made IP bindings and all is ok now.
Thanks
