I would like to know any suggestions or solutions on the issue regards to hotspot automatically being logged out: admin reset as for some time now I can’t pin point the root cause of the issue.
logs : hotspot,info,debug username(ip address) logged out : admin reset.
Seen in logs very frequent and all hotspot users are suddenly disconnected at the same time.

Anyway FYI. Manage to resolve the problem it seems that issue was local to network. Resetting the local switches was able to resolve the problem.
However I just want to share that upon checking and monitoring I was able to noticed that there are multiple ip address with the same mac address seen on IP ARP. Not sure why and what caused it. But after resetting the switches and removing all the leases. Seems to me the problem was gone.
