I have a basic configuration for hotspot with an external Radius.
On port Eth9 I have configured the hotspot(IP:10.2.0.1/24)
On port Eth8 I have the external radius directed connected(IP:10.0.0.1/24 on Mikrotik router and IP:10.0.0.50 on the radius server).
During the booting phase the Router is sending 3 Accounting Packets, see the log. 2 are lost due to interface startup process, 1 is successfully send to the radius server, how is shown in the log below:
When I try to log in on hotspot, I receive the log: “login failed: RADIUS server is not responding”, but the log is not showing that the router built any radius package, it is not showing that it send any request to the server, the server statistics are not incremented.
To test the connectivity and functionality I forced a CoA request from the server to the router and the router is receiving the packet, see the log below:

What can be the problem?
How can I fix this?
How can I further debug the problem?
