Hi,
I would like to ask something about the hotspot login. When a user connects to the wifi and the login page doesn’t appear automaticly, then he has to open a browser and type ‘login.info’ at the address bar or whatever domain he uses to login. If the user doesn’t type the domain and just type a url then the login page will appear only if that url is HTTP. When the user types a word that redirects to google search or an https page url like ‘facebook.com’ then the login page won’t appear. Is it possible to fix this? If there is a solution please let me know whatever the cost is.
Thank you.
Do not exist any solution, if the os or the browser do not have captive portal check.
Please do not ask the reason, the forum is filled of the same or similar request.
Simply you can’t impersonate https of google or facebook or anything other.
Buy Google and/or Facebook or ask them to give you a copy of the ssl certificate…
