Hello, some time ago we are having problems with the hotspot service.
Occasionally there is an internal error which causes users can not log in to it.
The error that is generated on the console when the hostpot user try login is:
“internal error: login failed: failed to grant access”
The version where the error occurs is the 5.X including 5.24
Please we need your help, since the solution is to reboot the board.
