hotspot login page

anybody got a hotspot page they designed i can look at?

i am pretty lame when it comes to designing anything

take a ftp in MT, there is a directory ā€œhotspotā€
and open it, there is many files in HTML ā€¦
next edit this files in notepad (windows) and change some thingsā€¦
for example, I change english words to PLā€¦,
next u can (but i donā€™t now itā€™s legal ->license) change a logo of MT to your company logo ā€¦
and so on and so on ā€¦
u must only read a things in this files ā€¦

i wanted to SEE some examples though. something pretty i guess.

i already know to ftp and download the files. i already did that!

I have managed to edit the hotspot page , and I think its not a big deal after you have downloaded the hotspot from mikrotik ftp then yo can edit the page , for example login page you can edit how you want the design and other things but make sure that you donā€™t remove any part of script (md5.js) because it doesnā€™t work, and of course you put back them on mirktoik ftp .

now if i view that file on my local computer with Internet Explorer i see things like: $(if chap-id)

$(endif)

and other stuff.

shall I leave those alone? will they go away once i upload to the RouterOS box?

live it, when u upload the files in to MT, thet can not see it !

Hi! I have installed hotspot on my router. When a user is logging in successfully he/she catches interesting error: immediately after the login page the page with ā€œError 404. Not Foundā€ appears and disappears and I am joining internet. If I fail to login successfully (wrong credentials) the Error 404. Not Found appears. What should I correct?
