Some of my users get logged off after the disconnect and every time they reconnect they are forced to log back in. I don’t want this to happen. It does not happen to everyone. There is a log event that occurs when this happens. The log says Logged Out: Host Removed: Removed by static entry.
Is there something I can change to keep this from happening?
Has no one else has ever seen this issue? 
yeah its called cookies
they need to make sure that thier cookies are enabled and they arent disableing them or deleteing them, some security such as norton and mccaffe interfere as well

Thanks for the input but I am not using Cookies. I only have HTTP-CHAP enabled.
do you use radius? do you use USER MANAGER or third party?
