I’m finding that the MT Hotspot Manager disables our hotspot users after a few hours if they are inactive - despite the user having plenty of time left in their account.

this should be fixed in a short time.

Well I’m still waiting. We have customers who have paid to use the internet and the system is still disabling them - despite having plenty of time left on each account. Its embarrassing!

I’ve same problem, in log I see “lost dhcp lease” caused, I think, from B in Active User… can I solve this?

It gets worse - now ALL my user accounts have been disabled, and most of these have not been purchased yet!
What is happening?
