Hotspot need to tie macaddress to user in an hotel

I’m using MicroTik Hotspot to allow limited free internet access to guests using only room number as username and no password, limit is 3 devices and data (300 MB a day) which automatically resets at noon daily. Trouble is that I do not know how to limit an device (Mac address) to using only one user name a day.
ie. user 202 device Mac 00:11:33:44:55:66 can use up the quota for room 202 and just log on to room 203 etc. What I like to do is maintain and compare list of macs logged on to an user in an profile ie. 202 this mac can not log on to other user until list is reset with quotas. how ever user can log on to different user in another profile.

I would appriciate all ideas, thanks

The idea are simple:

Provide different fixed passwords for each room.

I have print some card, credit card size, with hotel logo, room numbers and password.

It can be used as key chain or for a electronic key for the apartment’s door.

That is probly the easy est solution, even though I hoped tha it could be done with out an extra password.
We have lot of nature loving techno fobics here, that finsd passwords unessesary authority.
