When user logged on (UM + HS on same RB) & then log off, close Mozilla Firefox, re-open, then they are immediately logged on without login screen. If 2 people share the same PC, how can I make sure logging off close that session & force to log on again?

Ok, thank you for that. You do not maybe know why clients email does not want to send out from behind hotspot? the smtp server is set to our mail server ip, as well as their smtp settings in mail client, but mail bounce back as ‘access denied’. It is not from the mail server, it seems like it’s coming from the hotspot.

Problem remains.
It seems there was another problem on the cleint’s PC. Fixed now.
