Hotspot not redirecting to login page

Its working fine on ROS 6.48.6 after upgrading to ROS 7.8 it stop working.
If I manually type routers IP it will bring me to login page.
I already email the support but no reply since 02/Apr/23 SUP-112422

Updated to 7.9.2 still not redirecting… :frowning:

Normally when that happen check for the DNS setting you setup for the hotspot, without proper dns settings it won’t work just my 0.2$

Set arp=local-proxy-arp in interface section and add-arp=yes in DHCP section solved the problem.

is this normal to set?

Normal settings are arp=enabled and add-arp not set. Anything else is set for some particular reason, some “cooking recipes” advise to set arp=reply-only and add-arp=yes to force clients to use DHCP server assigned IP addresses instead of anything else (e.g. manually set IP addresses) … or arp=proxy-arp to fix some “problem” with communication between clients in different L2 segments (and the reasons to do it are most of times the wrong ones).
