hotspot not working until disbled and enabled

Hello all,

I have 3.2 OS running hotspot but when power goes down then get back my hotspot not respond with login page until I enabled and disabled via winbox.
This is the configuration:

[admin@MikroTik] /ip hotspot> print
Flags: X - disabled, I - invalid, S - HTTPS

Upgrade to a recent version. What you’re experiencing is not caused by a configuration error.

Can you specify that version? Is it 3.3?

Upgrade to 3.30 or any of new version.
