hotspot page without the hotspot

Hi

I want to create a home page for people who logs on to my network. I want it to work with a dhcp server. Is this possible?Any walk through for this?

Will there be any problems with running pppoe and hotspot on the same router?

i don’t think there will be any problems. why do you need dhcp if you use pppoe?

I have open network and i need unknown persons plugging into the network to be redirected to my home page. Hotspot would have probably taken care of everything but Ive already implemented all existing users on pppoe and will be an effort to switch them over.
