Hotspot - Please Help me!!!!!!!!!

hi guys, my problem is:
System: Mikrotik 2.9 - Router Board RB52 Using 2.4GHz
Nat OK, without Hotspot, you can surf ok, proxy enabled, DNS Relay OK.
firewal rules: Static: Nothing
Pools : OK
DHCP-Server on private side, OK
When I put the hotspot, and you try to ping anywhere, the system tel:

IP default gateway:Destination Host Unreachable

If you try to ping to the DG, same answer.

you shutdown de Hotspot, and the systems woks fine again

I know is and stupid problem, but is my first time on MTK.

The manual didn´t help me.

Where I made a mistake.

Can you guys help me?

you have to be authenticated in HotSpot system,
and if you want to ping local user, he should be authenticated too.

HotSpot has walled-garden feature, which allow to access some resources without authentication.

Ok Sergejs, this is the problem, I coudn`t get the authentication screen.

My thougth was, if I can´t ping the default gateway I´ll not get my authentication.

I´m sure that I forgot some click in any place.

But I coudn´t find it.

Can you help me on this matter?

Access router with Winbox, check in ip hotspot section, if HotSpot server operates properly (there should not be ‘I’ invalide state).
remove dns-name for hotspot server, if you have configured it.
Try to set static IP address to PC and access HotSpot page once more.

Are you using external radius server with dhcp?
If you check use radius under dhcp server, it causes hotspot page not to load up…we have found in our testing.
You just need the radius option under hotspot settings, not under dhcp.
