Hotspot + PPTP how to access devices behind hotspot [solved]

I have a RB750G doing a hotspot/captive portal. When I vpn in via PPTP, I cannot access devices behind the hotspot. i.e. the 3 WDS nodes. I cannot even ping them from Winbox terminal.

192.168.7.1 is RB
192.168.7.20 is PPTP IP
192.168.7.252-254 are the radios I cannot access.

I tried adding 192.168.7.20 to bypass under HOTSPOT → IP BINDINGS.

Add a bypass IP binding for the Radios.
