Hotspot Problem with iOS

Hello,
I have notice in several hotspots (RouterOS 6.42.6), that in iOS, both on iPhone and iPad, the mac-cookie is not working and the user must enter again the username and password. I have found the problem is the Safari. If they the users install the Chrome it is working properly the mac-cookie. iPhone and iPad which I have check running the last version of the iOS. Is there any workaround?

Most likely issue within the iPhone safari settings for tracking cookie / protection. Same with safari web browser on Mac OSX

i am encountering almost the same problem with ipad&iphone, it was connected, watching video in netflix or youtube, after 2-3min. it is already buffering, but my connection still in good connection. please anybody can help us//
