Hotspot Problem with Oracle based application

I’m new with Mikrotik when we add Mikrotik to the Environment and enable hotspot
an accountant application on Client Computers which based on Oracle Database Server
begin to hang and freeze
when bypassing those client from hot spot using walledgarden and ip binding the problem still exist
the only way to avoid the problem is to remove the Mikrotik from the network

Can anyone help me with my Problem

So if you setup wifi (without Hotspot) does the application work for clients via the wireless network. Just so we can determine if the problem is with wifi or purely wifi hotspot setup.
