Hey all,
I’m running MikroTik v5.11 on RB433+R52 and trying to setup hotspot and NAT on the same machine .
It works good ,but when WAN port disabled/cable unplugged or ISP does not work, does not work and login page 
.
I tried version 5.9 ,5.7 ,5.5 and 2.9.35 on RB133 ,the same problem.
Can someone help me?

My configuration is :
RB433+R52
WAN eth1 = 89.34.11x.99 ,mask:255.255.255.0 gw and DNS 89.34.11x.1
HotSpot wlan1= 192.168.1.1
eth2 and 3=disable
IP–>> HotSpot Setup :
HotSpot interface - wlan1 (ip 192.168.1.1/24)
Local Address Network : 192.168.1.1/24
Address Pool of Network : 192.168.1.2-192.168.1.254
Select Cetificate - none
Ip SMTP - 0.0.0.0
DNS server : 89.34.11x.99 (set default).
DNS Name : hotspot.local
User : admin
pasw : 123
Finish …and I have HotSpot without customize and user password ,but with problem redirect when WAN is down or ISP not Work
