I noticed that when I create a user (2shared) I can use the same user in the third device if one of the device is logged off or the keepalive timeout is reached .
my question is how can I stop this ? I don’t want the code to be used again .

I assume you are not using RADIUS.
the best solution i have found is to remove the logout option by deleting/renaming the mikrotik file i believe its ‘/hotspot/logout.html’
set the keep alive off, and idle timeout set to very high amount like 2d 00:00:00
This is not a perfect solution but should get you close.
I have a RV park that wants everyone logged out at 11am, so we use the scheduler to log out all the hotspot users.
