Sometimes not very often but once in a blue moon on RB500 units the hotspot will just crash and customers cannot access login screen but dhcp works and bridges clients work too. Rebooting the router restores hotspot login??
Any ideas?

Did you just upgrade to 3.16?
No actually it’s a problem weve always had very rarely with hotspot accross all versions of ROS. I must admit I have still running 3.14 on that one that crashed last week?
I just upgraded from 3.10 to 3.16. All the RB532 ‘locked up’ within a few hours. Only a reboot fixes the problem. After about a couple of hours they are all locked up again. I am going reverting back to 3.10 or 3.13.
