For years I have had my hotspot “guest” user rates set to
22000/44000
and it all seemed to work just fine. Now I notice “guests” downloading at the full speed of the serving WAN of 1.9Mbps. Has the format changed? I am unable to find an explicit reference that addresses this question in the manual.
