Hello! I have 5 new Hap Ax3 devices for clients. I have configured the hotspot properly as usual. But after the configuration no hotspot rules are created by roterbord.In the firewall no rule is generated automatically and the hotspot configuration appears in red. How to fix pls Help. I used backups from another Hap Ax3 but no fix

None of you show config so none can claim it has been set up correctly.
You can not even know you have the same problem since you do not know how each of you have setup things...

If backup restore from working AX3 didn't work, obviously something else is not the same.
We can keep guessing here...
It's not a configuration problem, it's a bug on new hardware I think. I also have my old Hap Ax3 which works and easily takes the configuration without problem. I purposely did backups and resets just to configure it and it worked. But the 5 new Ax3 devices I bought, none of them took the configuration even after the downgrade. I had to pay a site online that offers a solution to this problem to get a script that finally fixed the problem.
If it was corrected with a script, it's not a HW problem.
It's a config problem.
Could be a problem with the specific version of ROS you used on that device but since you never mentioned it ...

Hi, I think a routerOS update is causing this problem...Type the command "/system device-mode print" in the terminal and check if the Hotspot option is enabled if it is You can use the command "/system device-mode update mode=advanced".
