Hotspot redirection

I am trying to do the following

When the internet is offline have them user redirect to an internal page on the mikrotik. My problem is it will only work when there is a internet connection. It gets hung up on resoling the users original url.

Figured it out there was another post i found http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/hotspot-login-redirect-page-without-internet/78594/1 i also added to that one to be sure to add ttl if you leave it at 1 day can really mess you up.
