HotSpot Requires Restart Every One Hour

Hi there,
I have a weird problem in my HotSpot configuration. After an hour, users who are logged in have Internet connection, however, users who make a new login, e.g. logged in after the time, do not have Internet access. The RADIUS server responds correctly and after a restart, everything is OK for every one.

I am using a MikroTik CCR Router 1036-12G-4S.

Any keywords for further search are appreciated.
Thanks for your help

Can you see those users inside the Active users?
Do they successfuly login?

Yes. I can see them and they successfully login to the system.

Are you using Mikrotik User Manager as radius ?
I cant really tell much, if the user has been assigned a profile, and appears as active should be able to access the internet… So it could be anything…
Is the user assigned an IP address ?
Also, are you sure the user is connected ?
You configuration export with hide-sensitive would help…

No, we are using a third party radius server.

This is the configuration export with hide-sensitive and I have polished it to remove some data.

Hi, did you solved this problem?

From a quick look at your config i think you should get a consultant/ Network Enginner and have a look at your problem on site…
It can be anything wrong, even at your Caspman, in case the problem occurs in wireless clients, and by just looking at 1500+lines of configuration makes it difficult to debug…

The problem is not with the Wireless users, since there are no wireless users at the moment, everyone is at home. However, we are experiencing this problem with the systems connected to LAN. I am trying to check whether upgrading the RouterOS would solve the problem.

Yes you could update to 6.46.5 …
