I have about 200 clients on my hotspot. about 5% of the clients do not get the login page, if I reboot the router, they get the login page and navigate fine. I tried redirect nat rule as suggested by some users. Nothing works. DNS is all configured and working.
Please help!!!

well when this problem happens, did u try to re-open the Winbox? if it wont open and gives you a message that tells you that Web server is not running, then you’ll have to system reset the router and reconfigure it again.
if the winbox opens properly then there is no problem in your router and the users have some problems in their Pc.s.
please tell if there were any other information about this problem such as ( the loged users are working just fine but some users can’t get the login page ).
u know , some users can’t get the page because the page has pictures with large size, this may cause slow or dead loading of the page if the user has slow network connection and i think u know what make the network slow.

I change the common “switch” 8 ports between the APs and the RouterOS by a RB150(configured like a switch) and the problem was solved…

why some clients do not get redirected to the login page? Is this a bug?
In order to fix the problem, I have to reboot the router. which is not a good fix.
I have same problem with bata 3.0 ,I downgrade to 2.9.45 problem gone.
Contact support about your problem, include as more details as possible.
I don´t know, but i think can be by a problem in the Switch or another layer 2 issue.

please , is it possible to downgrade tfrom v3 to v2.9 by only copy package files to files folder in winbox ???
Yes, drag-n-drop feature should work fine at 3.0.
Yes, copy the files 2.9 and do /system packages downgrade
