“firefox and hotspot.yourdomain.net cannot communicate securely because they have not common encryption algorithms”
same issue with internet explorer basically…
hotspot users cannot load hotspot login page currently.
disabling https mode for hotspot, then does allow login page to appear.
yes, ssl certificate is installed and selected.
all settings verified with multiple other APs which do function properly.
no encryption (wep/wpa) is selected on the wlan card (virtual ap).
we are thinking defective ssl certificate install, but same cert is working on all other APs, and was reloaded already with no success
I am having the same problem, however I suspect it is how I am doing my certificate. Here is what I did, hopefully someone can tell me what I am doing wrong.
I uploaded the host.key file and it seems to be negotiating the ssl between the browser and the RouterOS board, however, now there is no data at all on the www-ssl? Is this the same as www where you can get access to configuration details?
I am starting to suspect that the only ssl support is for hotspot signon pages (the docs allude to this). Can someone please confirm this and is there any way to have web page conf put in an ssl tunnel?
