Hotspot stops recording MAC Cookies after some time
Description:
After some time the hotspot will stop recording MAC Cookies. The only way to fix it is to reboot the router.

How to reproduce:
A hotspot is configured per guidlines.
HTTP PAP + MAC Cookie authentication is used.
A single guest account is used with a customized login page where guests are just required to click a button to accept the terms and conditions.
At first the MAC cookies are recorded fine. After some time when new clients (or the same old clients which no longer have active MAC cookies) try to connect, they get the hotspot captive portal page (as they should) but after authenitcating there is no new MAC Cookie added.
