Hotspot through CoreSW

as diagram (attachments image),

  • Mikrotik router: NAT, OSF, DHCP (assigned to vlan 10,20,30,40)
    ether1: connect to internet
    ether2: connect to CoreSW (192.168.10.1/24)
  • SWLayer3: Vlan-routing, OSPF.
    gig0/1: no switch port (192.168.10.2/24)
    I want to create there hotspots.Can do that?
