I hope I came to the right forum to get some answers to my questions.
We have one commercial hotspot, We’re using MikroTik RouterBOARD RB951G-2HnD and it’s working fine. I need to bring as much transparency as possible in the ticket sales for myself and for my associates. We’re using the router’s own software to generate tickets with different lengths of connectivity. I want to be able to print the record of all the tickets. I want to be able to show my associates the number of tickets sold, the used tickets and the unused ones. I can see the record of all the tickets generated by the router from day one, I just can neither print nor download them. Is there any way to do what I want to do with our hotspot even if I have to use a third party software.

(I have a hotspot printer that came with a zyxel hotspot a long time ago, never used, I should dig it out and see if the mikrotik will talk to it)
