Hotspot unknown problem

Hi There!
I am having a big prob in my hotspot. my networkis config as follow: (attached image)

some time, everything work great but at time, user will receive IP from MT DHCP server but can’t do anything else. even the login page cant come out. if you config ppoe on this user, it will work.

at the same time, a different user can be connect on a same AP and be working whithout any problem.
All PPOE user are connecting.

I have changed the switch and the complete MT hardware except the Hard drive
can some one know what can be the problem?

It is not solved yet ..It happens sometimes, so I’m here in this forum and found similar and looking for the solution

It should be a result of a bad hardware in your network(radio or something else).
for the past four days now, my network is working well after I replace a bad Metal 2SHPn every thing seen to be working great. :smiley:

Problem not solved.
I can notice that all the phones connect but some laptops connect and some does not :frowning: :astonished:
