Hotspot User Access Blocking to Local and Public Interface

Dear Sir,
i have setup Mikrotik on a P4 Machine, i have three LAN interfaces (ether1 (ISP Connection/192.168.3.1) + ether2 (LAN Connection for configuration Only/192.168.0.1) + ether3 (LAN Connection to Wireless Access Point/192.168.1.1) )

i am running Hotspot and User-Manager on same local machine. Every thing is working perfectly fine.
The only problem is hotspot users on ether3 interface can access (ether1: 192.168.3.1 and ether2: 192.168.0.1) from there machines. (example: “http://192.168.0.1/userman” or “http://192.168.3.2”)

i want to stop access from hotspot ether3 interface to ether1 and ether2.
please help me solve the problem.

make firewall rule for those subnets in the input chain.
