Hotspot User and IP Binding

If a user is setup within the Hotspot feature and limits are set, will the IP Binding feature use all of the profiles set and limits within hotspot?


Curious..

MT 2.9.50

I think this user will bypass HotSpot services, therefore all HotSpot limits (rate-limit, etc.) will not be set.
