Hotspot User Bandwidth change on the FLY not wrking [Solved

I have configured mikrotik as hotspot with DMASOFTLAB Radius Manager 4.x as billing serve.
I created new service with 300MB daily limit, if the user cross the 300MB, his bandwidth automatically change to 512k for the rest of the day, but the Bandwidth change on the fly is not working. User have to reconnect in order to apply change. I have also configured API both in mikrotik and RM, I can see in Mikrotik log that user API Logged in / Logged out, but its not changing the user bandwidth, it changes only after reconnect.

Howto fix this issue?
