Hotspot User batch add or upload

Is there a way to batch add, copy paste code in terminal, or upload an hotspot user and password list?
The scenario is to create a bunch of users all with the same password and if possible change that group password every month. I know there is a batch add feature using the Usermanager but frankly I dont want to pay for the upgrade and we dont want to use a radius server.

recap:

  1. Batch add/upload users all with same pw. ie: guest1, guest2, guest3, …
  2. change the group password without changing each individually.

Im a moderate user of mikrotik. This isnt my first rodeo, just trying new things.

/ip hotspot use set [find] password=123

Command will set password for all clients.
You can use find and specify additional parameters, like
[find profile=] etc.

Thank you so much for your reply! I will have to play with that and see how it works.
I have also came up with a solution that I have created myself using formulas in Excel.

nice excel generator… using your excel generator, I added random numbers with the same password so i could give voucher codes only… used it with haplite since it doesn’t support user manager… :smiley:
